Henan Xinkaisheng Metal Materials Co., Ltd. was founded in 2010 in Gongyi, Henan — the core of China’s aluminium processing belt, next to Huiguo Town. Two plants total about 30,000 m², with workshops for profile extrusion, coil levelling, stamping, traffic signs and posts, and roadside sound barriers.
We compress raw material, semi-finished and finished goods into one chain. Customers deal with a manufacturer that owns the final delivery — not a set of suppliers to coordinate.

Aluminium sheet & coil
1060, 3003, 3004 and 5A02 in stock. Stable levelling accuracy, cut-to-length service.
6063 profiles
Sections for stiffeners, grooves and clamps. Four extrusion lines; thickness and length to order.
Traffic signs
Finished, semi-finished and illuminated. Laser cutting, edge bending, groove riveting and sheeting under one roof.
Posts & gantries
Cantilever posts and large gantries. A 30-mu structural shop, 50 t of posts or 15 gantries per day.
Sound barriers
Fully and semi-enclosed, plus vertical. Metal, transparent and concrete panels balancing acoustics and appearance.
Accessories
Clamps, bolts, retaining blocks, sheeting, cones, water barriers and speed humps — one place, one fewer supplier to chase.
Manufacturing
Equipment is not decoration.
It is lead time.
Levelling sets flatness. Extrusion sets consistency. Lasers and riveting set hole accuracy. We own every one of them, so lead time is controllable and rework is traceable.

The Wenxian plant adds a 40 kW sheet laser, a 20 kW six-axis profile laser and 40 welding sets — 50 t of profile processing per day.

What does Henan Xinkaisheng make?
Henan Xinkaisheng Metal Materials Co., Ltd. was founded in 2010 in Gongyi, Henan. We manufacture traffic signs (finished, semi-finished and internally illuminated), sign posts and large gantries, roadside sound barriers, aluminium sheet and coil (1060, 3003, 3004, 5A02) and 6063-T5 sign profiles, and supply one-stop procurement and OEM processing for traffic-safety projects.
What is your sign capacity and lead time?
The sign workshop covers about 10,000 m² with a monthly capacity of 10,000 m² and roughly 1,500 m² per day, including bent sheets and riveted semi-finished panels. With material in stock, samples take 3–5 days and batch production is scheduled by square metres.
Which certifications do you hold?
ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems, a Traffic Engineering Product Factory Inspection Certificate (No. GJZ2024283), AAA credit rating, registered trademarks (classes 6 and 9) and a Safety Production Licence.
Can you manufacture to drawing, and what is the MOQ?
Yes. Sheet grade and thickness, profile section, sheeting class, stamping and welding processes can all be customised. Orders from a few hundred to tens of thousands of square metres are accepted under the same quality standard.
Do you accept OEM processing?
Yes. We provide single-process or multi-process processing — coil levelling, extrusion, stamping, bending, riveting, sheeting and welding — for contractors, sign factories and traders, as well as full-package production.
Where is the factory, and can we visit?
No. 782 Changchun Road East, Huiguo Town, Gongyi, Zhengzhou, Henan — in the heart of China's aluminium processing belt. We operate two plants (Huiguo and Wenxian) and welcome factory visits; please book by phone in advance.
