Henan Xinkaisheng Metal Materials Co., Ltd. was founded in 2010 in the Zhitian industrial park of Gongyi, Henan, next to Huiguo Town — China’s leading aluminium processing town. Fifteen years of steady work built our position in traffic-safety material processing.
Two plants total about 30,000 m², with workshops for profile extrusion, coil levelling, disc and triangle stamping, traffic signs and posts, and roadside sound barriers. Equipment includes 2 coil levelling lines, 4 integrated extrusion lines, 4 disc presses, 6 sign riveters, 2 laser engravers and 2 laser welding lines.
We produce finished and semi-finished traffic signs, sign posts and sound barriers, aiming to give project customers one-stop procurement. The sign workshop reaches 10,000 m² per month.
We hold to the belief that teams win and innovation endures. Production is standardised and quality-led, with disciplined management and standard lines safeguarding every batch. Customisation covers material size, grade and processing detail.
With an upstream and downstream chain in place, we have both the capability and the commitment to take on production and OEM orders — from a hundred square metres to tens of thousands, to one strict standard.

Environmentally we are ISO 14001 certified, practising resource efficiency and compliant discharge. On safety we hold ISO 45001 and a safety production licence, putting worker protection and training ahead of delivery.
