01 / Aluminum

Aluminium sheet & coil

Four grades held in stock: 1060, 3003, 3004 and 5A02. The grade sets strength, formability and corrosion life — we advise on the trade-off at selection stage.

GradePositioningStock sizeFactor
1060Pure aluminium, 99.6% Al. Best formability and corrosion resistance.2.0 / 3.0 mm · 1000–1600 mm2.71
3003Al-Mn alloy. Outstanding rust resistance, good forming and welding.Cut to order · 1000–1600 mm2.73
3004Higher strength than 3003; used where greater stiffness is needed.2.0 / 3.0 mm · 1000–1600 mm2.73
5A02Al-Mn系. High fatigue strength with good ductility and corrosion resistance.2.0 / 3.0 mm · 1000–1500 mm2.73

Weight estimate: L(m) × W(m) × T(m) × factor = tonnes. Sizes above are standard stock; cut-to-length and special thickness are made to order.

02 / Extrusion

6063 profiles

6063 is an Mg–Si extrusion alloy with excellent extrudability, weldability and finishing — the standard choice for sign stiffeners, grooves and curtain-wall frames. Four extrusion lines; sections and lengths made to order.

03 / Signage

Traffic signs

A 10,000 m² workshop, 10,000 m² per month, about 1,500 m² per day. Finished, semi-finished and illuminated — completed in one workshop.

Finished signs

Sheet cutting, edge bending, groove riveting and sheeting applied — installable on delivery.

Semi-finished

Bent sheet plus riveted groove, for factories that apply their own sheeting — balancing cost and lead time.

Illuminated signs

With active illuminated panels for tunnel portals and ramps where visibility demands more.

05 / Acoustics

Roadside sound barriers

Reflective types block sound; absorptive composites combine absorption with insulation and work better. Panel material is a balance of appearance and budget.

Fully enclosed sound barrier
Fully enclosed · urban viaducts near housing
Semi-enclosed sound barrier
Semi-enclosed · access and daylight retained
Vertical sound barrier along an expressway
Vertical · standard expressway section
Metal panelsGalvanized or aluminium, perforated absorber with backing
Transparent panelsLaminated glass or PC, insulation with visibility
Concrete panelsPrecast concrete: weatherproof, maintenance-free, low cost

Barriers serve highways, expressways, elevated roads and other noise sources, supplied as a set of panels, posts, connectors and foundation embedments.

06 / Accessories

Accessories

One place, one fewer supplier. Clamps, bolts and retaining blocks are made in-house; sheeting and road furniture supplied as a set.

Clamps

Three types: 50/5 national-standard hot-dip, 40/4 hot-dip and 30/3 electroplated. National-standard clamps use Q235 plate, punched, sheared, formed and hot-dip galvanized.

FAQ

Product questions

What is the minimum order quantity for signs?

Orders from a few hundred to tens of thousands of square metres are accepted, including small trial batches used to verify process and fit. The same quality standard applies.

Can I buy aluminium sheet without processing?

Yes. 1060, 3003, 3004 and 5A02 are held in stock and can be levelled and cut to length only, leaving later operations to you.

Can you make non-standard and shaped signs?

Yes. Dedicated dies cover triangular and circular blanks; other shapes are cut to drawing. Send a drawing or sample and we will confirm feasibility and tooling cost.
