Huiguo makes material and signs; Wenxian makes heavy structures and barriers. Clear division is what makes speed and stability compatible.
Huiguo plant · material and signs
In the Huiguo industrial cluster of Gongyi, beside China’s leading aluminium processing town. Workshops cover extrusion, levelling, disc and triangle stamping, signs and posts, with 2 levelling lines, 4 extrusion lines, 4 presses, 6 riveters, 2 laser engravers and 2 laser welding lines.
Wenxian plant · heavy structures and barriers
Leveraging the Wenxian industrial park, this site focuses on sign posts and roadside sound barriers. It runs a 40 kW sheet laser, a 20 kW six-axis profile laser and 40 welding sets, sustaining 50 t per day.
